As you improve in sport, arts and your career you
may at times question your direction or lose passion in your
pursuits. Transitions in skill level may cause uneven results and
self doubt.
Action sessions look at your performance level now and
develop a plan to increase self esteem and confidence in future
ones. Using researched and empirically tested methods, these
sessions can increase concentration, focus and attention (even
for those who have a diagnosis of ADD). Another obstacle to moving
forward is confronting and managing procrastination. This is a walk
you need not take alone.
Collaboration is sometimes needed to navigate around obstacles and keep moving towards your goal. Action sessions are conducted in person, over the
phone or in Internet chat, all include interim session email
support.
