When you make an appointment, payment is automatically collected in the same transaction, so there is usually no need to make a payment separately. 

The link below allows you to make a payment of any amount, for those situations that are exceptions to the normal guidelines.  You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment, though PayPal is a payment option. Simply use your credit or debit card information instead, as indicated.
